I found Mike’s on the floor in front of the stage after their 2008 show at the Mann. Which is now the last time I’ll ever see R.E.M. The National & Modest Mouse opened. Johnny Marr played a few songs with the band. And Eddie Vedder was there and guested on “Begin the Begin”. It was a good show.
